Tuesday, February 27th

In the Grand Oak Ballroom at the

Hotel at Jackson Rancheria Casino Resort

Shuttle pick-up at Rancho Victoria Vineyards at 5:00pm

Shuttle departs 5:15 pm and will return approimently 30 minutes after meeting concludes at Jackson Rancheria Casino Resort.

Event starts at 6:00pm

Hotel Tours at Jackson Rancheria Casino Resort from 6:00pm – 6:30pm 

Don’t worry about finding parking or getting lost enjoy a shuttle provided by Jackson Rancheria taking you right to their doorsteps.

Meet at Rancho Victoria Vinyards, located at 

16920 Grelich Road, Plymouth CA

for shuttle ride.

Arrive at between 4pm and 5pm for networking, complimentary wine tasting and if weather permits a possible facility tour.

with wine poached pear, braised Chioggia beets, blood orange,
and toasted walnuts, served crostino of Andrae’s Bakery walnut blue cheese bread,
Roaring 40s blue cheese, and Banyuls-honey vinaigrette

Third Course

Grilled Chicken Thigh
with herbed piperade, cured black and castelvetrano olives


Paired with Helwig Maestro de Bodega ‘14


Fourth Course

Big Horse Ranch Rose Veal Osso Buco

with creamy polenta, broccoli rabe, tomato reduction,
garlic confit and herb gremolata
